Member of the Board of Directors of Dubai Humanitarian Authority

His Excellency Abdulla AlShaibani holds several prominent management positions within the Government of Dubai. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Dubai Health and Dubai Humanitarian Authority, contributing to the oversight and advancement of key public sector institutions.

Throughout his career, His Excellency has held numerous senior leadership and chairmanship positions across both government and private sector entities. These include serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Community Development Authority, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC, and the Galadari Group. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology.

His Excellency AlShaibani possesses extensive experience in leading and delivering major government initiatives. He previously served as Secretary General of the Executive Council of Dubai and as Assistant Director General for Technical Services at Dubai Municipality. During his tenure, he played a key role in several principal municipal committees, including the Supreme Leadership Committee, and chaired the Committee for Monitoring the Use of E-Government Programs.

His Excellency Abdulla AlShaibani has a distinguished academic background in the fields of business administration and civil engineering. He obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah, and he completed his undergraduate studies at Metropolitan State University in the American state of Colorado, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds membership in the UAE Society of Engineers and the UAE Urban Heritage Society.
